4. Patches for menstrual disorders

one teaspoon of peel with boiling water and cook for five minutes. Then allow
to infuse for 15 minutes and then drain. Drink a third of a glass every three
to four hours. If there is a sore throat or gums, one tablespoon of bark should
be sprinkled with a glass of water and boiled for 10 minutes. Then let stand
for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse several times a day.
