Rich Protein Nutritious Omelet Recipes

1 - Curd Cheese Omelet


Materials

2 large eggs
1 teaspoon butter
3 tablespoons of milk
1-2 sprigs of parsley
100 grams of curd cheese
Salt and sumac on request

Preparation of

Break the eggs in a bowl, add curd cheese and parsley.
Stir the mixture well. After adding 1 teaspoon of oil to the ceiling with Teflon surface, heat the pan, pour the mixture over it. When the bubbles come out, turn the omelet and cook the other side. You can add your preferred spices.

2 - Mushroom Sports Omelet

Materials

1 bowl of washed and chopped mushrooms
1 teaspoon of olive oil
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese

Preparation of

Heat olive oil in a Teflon pan. Then add the mushrooms on it and cook over low heat until the mushrooms are tender. Break the eggs into a separate bowl and add milk and mix well. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan. When the omelet is about to cook, add the grated cheddar cheese.

3 - Oatmeal Crispy Omelet

Materials

3 tablespoons of oats
2 slices of cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Salt, pepper

Preparation of


Break the eggs in a bowl, add the white cheese and oats.
Stir the mixture well. After adding 1 teaspoon of oil to the ceiling with Teflon surface, heat the bottom and pour the mixture over it and cook. When the bubbles come out, turn the omelet and cook the other side. You can add your preferred spices. Bon Appetit!

4 - Omelette with Mozarella and Pesto Sauce

Materials

2 eggs
60 g mozarella cheese
1 tablespoon pesto sauce
2 Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh basil (preferably)
Salt
1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation of

Break the eggs in a bowl, add the mozarella cheese and pesto sauce.
Stir the mixture well. After adding 1 teaspoon of oil to the ceiling with Teflon surface, heat the bottom and pour the mixture over it and cook. Optionally add salt. When the bubbles come out, turn the omelet and cook the other side of the omelet. When you place it on the serving plate, you can serve the omelet with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Bon Appetit!

5 - Potato Flavored Potato and Cheese Omelet

Materials

3 eggs
1 teaspoon of olive oil
100 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese
2 boiled potatoes
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon of black pepper, salt and red pepper

Preparation of

Grate one of the potatoes. Break and beat the eggs over the potatoes you grate. Add milk, spices, cheese and whole wheat flour to get a viscous-like mortar. Add olive oil to your ceiling and heat it. Pour the potatoes and then the egg mixture on it. Cook the omelet with the lid closed for 5 minutes, then turn it over

6 -Vegetable Omelet


Materials


3 eggs (with 1 full 3 whites)
1 medium green pepper
1 medium red pepper
1-2 sprigs of parsley
50 g goat cheese
1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation


Break the eggs in a bowl, add goat cheese and vegetables to it.
Stir the mixture well. After adding 1 teaspoon of oil to the ceiling with Teflon surface, heat the bottom and pour our mixture over it and cook. When the bubbles come out, turn the omelet and cook the other side. You can add your preferred spices.
